The Return of the Strength of Shadows Progress bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Current Strength of Shadows healing progress is not shown, starts and stays at 100%
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Get injured, go to basement and start healing with strength of shadows, I also had Botany Knowledge so thats why the progress bar was yellow. The progress bar inmediately set itself to full while still healing. This bugged progress is also shown on the survivor hud seen in the screenshots below.
Healing part works fine, though.
