It's time for killers to see individual survivors hook states

With shoulder the burden hitting the game, it's time for killers to see each survivor's hook state next to their mural. It's something I've wanted to see for a while, and with this perk a killer is now completely oblivious to what should be solved information in the match. Fundamentally, being kept unaware of whether or not this perk is in the match at all let alone when, where, and on who it's been used is such a massive nerf to killer it's a little absurd.

Even without shoulder in the match, this is still something that should be implemented. Theoretically, a killer can keep track of who has and hasn't been hooked how much, so it's not like they're getting access to new information they wouldn't have before. but match after match, or if survivors decide to stack the same survivor and cosmetics, keeping track of this becomes more difficult. factor for fatigue, out of game conditions, or just not having the skill mastered yet, a killer can lose out on information that is important to their success in a match. Especially with survivor stacking, it enables survivors to make cosmetic decisions that have an active detriment on the killer's enjoyment.

Before claims that it would make tunnelling easier… it wouldn't. If a killer is going to tunnel, they're going to tunnel. You only need to keep track of one survivors hook states to do so, and, this information is still information that a killer has total access to it just by knowing what's happened in the game.

All that not implementing this feature does is punish killers who want to play the game casually and not sweat to victory.

sub note that i want to add but didn't belong in the main text

    1. I haven't played killer since the update, too busy with finals. this is an opinion i've held for a while.
    2. When i do play killer, I go out of my way not to tunnel, I'm team 'the game should be fun for everyone'. not being able to see individual hook states has made this much harder for me on multiple occasions.

Agreed, people already counted hooks, remove the need to bother with such silly things. You should be able to see your progress towards your objective. Especially now that survivors have ways to manipulate them.

Most people that tunnel were going to tunnel from the start (as you mentioned), so while i agree this wouldnt cause people to tunnel more, it still solidifies the info those particular players need to keep doing what theyre doing. As for survs using the same cosmetics, it honestly wouldnt help with that either or at least anymore than what is currently available in the game. the only thing that could possibly help with that but wouldnt work for this game is having a player name over their head which again, would not work for this game.
