Med-Kit model permanently stuck to anchor point on character

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After picking up a flashbang which someone dropped and intermittently using the perk ‘BARDIC INSPIRATION’ I noticed the med-kit’s model stuck to the anchor point despite performing other actions.
PLATFORM:Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Another random survivor in solo q drops a flashbang, I pick it up, continue playing the match as normal while using the perk ‘BARDIC INSPIRATION’ throughout. Eventually notice the med-kit.
