Houndmaster: remove dog's pathing AI while grabbing survivors

This idea is neat in theory, but in practice it's doing more harm than good, frequently dragging survivors away from the Houndmaster and often towards the pallets that save them. It'd better to just have the dog try to hold the survivor still, while the survivor slowly drags themselves in whatever direction they want, like Pinhead's chain or Deathslinger's harpoon. If the dog grabs them at a pallet, they still have a chance to escape as they drag themselves towards it. If not, oh well. But no more of the dog doing the work for them.
Also watching a dog latched onto a survivor zooming around at 20mph is just plain ridiculous.
