Balanced landing not reducing the volume of grunts and preventing vaulting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Balanced landing is buggy in more aspects than one

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: -fall from a great height while using balanced landing

-scream from falling down is gone, but the sound of landing is still there

-during the speed boost, trying to throw down a pallet or vaulting a pallet/window, makes the character stutter and stops the action

Also sometimes your stagger from jump is default one. I was repelling crows from Artist, jumped from staircase at Nostromo Wreckage, got a massive slowdown, but speedboost from Balance Landing was still there

I run balanced landing on every character and can confirm all of the above.

There is stagger, speed boost is shortened, grunt is heard when landing from both perspectives, inability to vault / throw a pallet and causes a stutter + resets the animation making you medium vault.

There is also a bit more stagger than there should be when you land. Basically, the speed boost takes longer to activate on landing along with the grunt sound that shouldn't be there. Seems like the perk was shadow nerfed for no reason, or hopefully all these issues are that it's just bugged out right now. Hoping it gets fixed soon.
