Ps4 Vault glitch

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: PS4,PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i just brought the game this morning and the game said for me to start the tutorial so i went in. Do a couple of things. And then when the vault part come. I smash my R1 button and my characters still staring at the wall. Please fix this
