Revert Deathbound.

No one asked for this change and it's oppressive as all hell. Either that or it needs a massive cooldown or someway to remove the oblivious effect outside of loosing a health state because more often then not it is the dying state that we are put into. Maybe remove the scream to give us a chance to heal and work around the oblivious affect a bit more.

I mean, people asked to buff weaker perks. Deathbound was terrible perk before, so seems like people asked.

the perk is still trash because it immediately got nerfed from the ptb.

Deathbound is still a bad perk because Oblivious is a rather weak status effect (decent survivors are aware of killer position and look around when working on a generator). It also does not work when the injured survivor is selfhealing or when the Deathbound-survivor stays close to the healed survivor. It deactivates when killer injuries you. Lastly, it also encourage the killer to neither camp or tunnel, which is a healthy effect.

It is still bad because it does nothing when people are close to each other.
