Is it possible to somehow obtain a small amount of auritic cells?

I have 834 auritic cells on my account but to buy a skin for a survivor I need 840 and it turns out that I'm only missing 6 pieces. Is there any way to get them? Thanks in advance to everyone <3

You can earn small amounts in the premium rift. But.. in the end, you are basically only compensated for the cells you used to buy the premium track in the first place.
