Dead by Daylights Biggest Flaw IMO

I know the developers are pretty slow to incorporate features and quality-of-life fixes. Still, in my opinion, one of the biggest flaws with the game is the fact that the core gameplay requires survivors to cooperate without being given the proper tools to cooperate effectively. I think this contributes to why solo queue feels so miserable compared to playing with friends. It's only been a year since the introduction of the Survivor Activity HUD introduced in Patch 6.5.0, but it still only provides a fraction of the information that SWFs have by just loading up a voice chat. Asymmetric horror games like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th, and Killer Klowns from Outer Space have voice communication ingrained at launch, but it feels like there is so much hesitancy to adopt these similar mechanics, partially because of the community's fear of toxicity and the developer's overall reluctancy to develop quality-of-life patches. If we can disable endgame chat for similar reasons relating to toxicity, I don't understand why the same couldn't be done for voice chat or any other communication-based feature. Even the ability to allow other survivors to view each other's perks before the match would serve as a massive quality-of-life patch, seeing as so many perks are significantly harder to get value from by yourself, leading to a lack of perk variety and perks being deemed unviable. These are mechanics that have already been implemented into DBD Mobile and offer clear examples of how these features can be implemented into the game. I feel like all of the functionality for all of these features being implemented into the game is more than possible.
