Snow skulls making the screen flash white

Why?

I'm fairly certain it's already been established that people don't like being blinded IRL.

  • The constant white flashing can cause headaches if you're playing in a dark/ dimmly lit room
  • Holding snow skulls decreases your FOV
  • As killer walking around in a snow man can bug your camera out
  • Preforming a basic attack to exit a snow man violently shakes the camera

On paper these issues may not seem significant, but keep in mind that killers like The Nurse, The Cenobite, and The Xenomorph exist.

As Xenomorph

  • Your tail is in the center of your screen while in crawler mode
  • you're close to the ground walking through the grass
  • The edges of your screen are covered in animated snow
  • The survivor your chasing has the ability to make your screen flash white 6 times
  • Flame turrets can completely obscure your view while lighting you ablaze

The snow men being buggy can be hand waved away as typical DBD jank that they didn't have time to iron out, it's ok.

The flashing & visual clutter is obviously intentional, which is more than just disappointing, it's dangerous.

Stop. filling. the. screen. with. garbage.

    The fact they have the balls to ask people to vote for them in an accessibility category is funny. People have been asking for ways to have this stuff turned off for people like you and they just ignore it. Like most other things people have asked for more colour blind options, option to mute screams, option to mute Plagues vomit sounds and or her vomit visuals. That and more have been ignored and no matter how niche they should be added because not having them might be making some people not play. We can get hit by the snow skulls still just allow us to turn the visual off it's been a nightmare for me also so I agree.
