Steam ban need help

Hello. 1185 days ago I got ban on the steem platform for using cheat programs. I have written appeals to support a thousand times and especially 1185 days ago at the time of the lockout. I wrote appeals but nobody listened to me. On that day I did have a cheat program on my computer, but I didn't play with it. I got blocked on my main account. I would never risk using a cheat program on my main account. I wanted to try to use the cheat program on my second account, which I didn't feel bad about losing in case of a lockout. But in the end I decided not to do that and didn't play with cheats anywhere. I'm sure it could be checked on the day I was blocked, I was ready to provide video proof because I was streaming at that moment. I logged into the game on my main account and as soon as I loaded I immediately got locked out. I didn't run the cheat program, it was just lying on my computer. I don't think that keeping such programs on my PC is a violation of the license agreement. I don't deny that downloading them was stupid, but I deny and have always denied playing with cheats. For 1185 days I've been trying to get at least a clear answer from support, not just a spam answer. I will try to write here, maybe someone who can help me in this situation will answer me.
