WHY WAS I BLOCKED AND HOW CAN I CHALLENGE IT IF TECH SUPPORT DOESN'T ANSWER THE QUESTIONS?

hi everybody. I'm here today to get at least some explanation as to why my account was banned. Before that, I hadn't received any temporary locks or anything like that, and I wasn't supposed to get them. I'm an exemplary player who just plays for fun, doesn't use bugs, and even more so doesn't use any third-party software to gain an advantage. I've always disliked cheaters and people who somehow use illegal methods. I've always played with an open profile and without anonymous mode, like most cheaters. but yesterday, during regular matches, I was kicked out of the game and then completely blocked without explanation.

I immediately started writing to support, but all they told me was that the ban could not be lifted, but it was imposed due to the use of third-party software, but they did not explain to me whether the ban was temporary or not, as well as whether I could create another account and play on it or it would also be it is subject to blocking due to an unknown program that they refused to name to me. I have not achieved anything from support, I hope to get at least some help, I agree to any checks here because I am sure that I have not used any software for more than 4500 hours

please help with this situation

    If you already contacted Support, wait for their reply and if you want more information they are the only ones that can give you an answer.
