Undone Buff !
This perk does nothing and is out of the player's control as it relies entirely on the survivors' mistakes.
Even with the doctor with a build to get value out of this perk it wasn't enough, and that alone shows you how weak this perk is.
So here's my idea:
Hope is the delusion that keeps its victims alive.
If you are 32 meters away from Hooked survivor Undone activates.
For every breakable wall you break, pallet break or hiting survivor , you get 3 tokens up to 18/24/30 tokens maximum.
Earning tokens by hiting survivors puts this perk on cool-down for 4 seconds during this time you cannot earn tokens.
Performing the Damage Generator action on a Generator
consumes all accumulated Tokens and applies the following effects:
- Instantly regresses the damaged Generator by -1 % per Token of its total Progression.
- Blocks the damaged Generator for 1 second per Token.
- Causes the damaged Generator to start regressing once it becomes unblocked.
Undone remains active after survivor get unhook for 12 seconds.

In my opinion, the concept you created is fine, although the entire part focused around hooked survivors seems excessive to me.

I mean I don't want this to be a perk encouraging the proxy camping.
I mean if you want to get any value out of this perk just stay away from hooked survivor.
