SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: No snap-out options while facing The Doctor

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: While we all reached the max insane level, there is a moment we all unable to snap-out, no snap-out options for us, and due to this we were unable to proceed with anything next (do gens etc)
