Chucky's cooldown feels too limiting, especially compared to other killers
I have played many hours after the changes from 8.4.1 and at this point…
I feel that the speed change, contrary to popular belief, is okay and tones the power down to a level that feels fairer and sufficiently demanding for the chucky player.
As a result i feel that the cooldown change is over correction. It's harder to land hits now and you don't get a lot of opportunity to even show that you can hit them. Seemingly average teams are pushing me against the ropes even if i am landing almost all of my hits, have the cooldown add-on and multiple slowdown perks.
I think the cooldown change makes sense with the old speed as it was a really strong chase power with few limitations.
However i feel that now slice and dice is more in line with other chase powers but the cooldown is much longer than others.
I feel that reverting the power cooldown back to 12 seconds would be a fair change.

i can deal with lower speed changes and scamper but i think his cooldown should go back 10.
