Skull Merchant Drones Being Automatically Recalled When Hooking A Survivor On A Different Elevation

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When putting a Survivor on a Sacrificial Hook, I noticed that Drones on different Elevations are immediately banished/recalled if their Detection Radius/Hook Radius Buffer are too close. This causes Survivors Hooked in Basement (Or any elevation that places them above or below Drones) to force Drones above/below them to be recalled, and appears to have infinite Verticality in that regards.
