Allow rating of survivors and killers, and have it be visible to them + affect matchmaking
Maybe this could help alleviate all the pain going around. Make a quick thumbs up/down in the UI next to people in endgame screen. You can only see your own rating as smiley face, neutral face, and sad face, and will be called "Community Standing" or something.
I don't think this could be easily abused if they make the algorithm robust enough.

How do I downvote this sadistic slugging killer forcing us to bleed out so he only gets matched with griefing survivors and bots?

Many people would just down-vote anyone they lose to. I don't think it should work to effect matchmaking but i think it would be cool to see tags for the different rating they earn. A system to know you received positive feedback from someone would be nice too

But the point is that the algorithm would be more complex than simply upvotes vs downvotes.
First of all, I don't believe regular people would be downvoting all the killers they lose to.. that's part of the game. But it could also be like if your votes always differ with everyone else's, then your votes can silently be weighted less for a while, for instance. Also, it would be relative, so that at least a certain % of all killers would always be in good standing, and then it's the outliers (statistically based on voting feedback) who are punished to neutral + bad rep. At bad rep you should have to play against bots and other players with the same rating, but again, this would be for people with relatively horrible feedback. That way, if you want to play killer and slug + bleed out all the survivors, it won't take long for you to be forced to play against bots and other griefing survivors, because your rep would definitely be way below average.

Can't do social credit scores.

moderators usually delete screenshots with open nicknames.
and I think survivors and killers should not influence each other's ratings. if only because I haven’t seen a single positive comment from survivors on my steam page. even your screenshot shows that two were on hooks, and you wish everything bad for the player.

I was a survivor, and the killer was bleeding me out.
I don't think you're grasping the concept of a more advanced algorithm than total upvotes vs total downvotes.

I can see any system like this being too open to abuse, such as SWF groups mass down-voting killers they just don't like going against (or their playstyles etc.)
