SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Junji Ito Collection didn’t appear in my shop, but other players have the access to it
PLATFORM: Steam
I reloaded my game 10 times and even restarted my PC twice and I still don’t have access to this collection.

On steam forum I saw about 6 people with same problem. Their countries were: Russia, Ukraine, Serbia

Shame. Seems like it’s intentional, China didn’t get it too. Seems like some specific countries are targeted. Not gonna buy anything now. Lost my trust.

They posted a trailer for China then deleted it and gave some statement, some apologies and no explanation

+ in Ukraine there are "!" on the characters in store but no skins are available. I really hope it's a bug.

I have friends from Ukraine and Russia and they got the collection in their shops. Seems very strange.

I’m in the United States on Xbox and cannot see the collection banner on the shop homepage. I can look up each character that received a Junji cosmetic and see it them but I can’t see the whole collection. When I tried to buy the artist skin I receive a purchase failed error message. A console restart did not resolve the issue. I have never been to Ukraine, Russia, or China.

Also the same problem for me. I'm from Bosnia, I restarted steam and PC several times, the collection wasn't there. Today I installed PTB, it also didn't appear, but other players have access to it.

I am not here to clear bhvr names, but I think it's licenser who restricted certain regions they do not like. Seems like straight up racial thing even. But still, I think bhvr should have came out with the statement about Junji Ito collection being not available iin specific countries.
