"Dance With Me" is activated whenever any other survivor meets the perk's activation conditions.

I don't think there is any point in attaching video evidence or anything else, it's all pretty clear: I played one game and clearly noticed that when a survivor jumped out of a locker quickly, my perk went on cooldown, then I noticed 3 more times that my perk was on cooldown, although I didn't use it.

    At the very beginning of the video, the perk is on cooldown, including because Taurie vaulted the window, then at 2:43 the perk activated when I was just running in a straight line.
