Make your choice is a well balanced perk in my opinion and doesn‘t really need a gameplay change. However, there are some situations where its hard to get value out of, simply because you do not know who got exposed. Let it be not paying attention to the scream, having multiple people playing as the same survivor or non screaming perks. My suggestion is to add a visual feedback on who got exposed on the hud, like shoulder the burden does.
