Regarding Boon/Hex imbalance

Good afternoon, DBD dev team! I hope anyone reading this is having a lovely day. I wanted to take a moment of your time to discuss the difference between killer's hex perks, and survivor's boon perks, and why I believe there is a fundamental imbalance that also hurts on a flavor perspective.

Boons and Hexes are both intended to be "high risk, high reward" perks. Survivors take the time to set up a boon, and killers spawn in with hexes that are prone to getting cleansed, and therefore permanently removed from the game. Boons and Hexes have been meta for a while, between options like Circle of Healing and Exponential, or options like Blood Favor or Devour Hope. The fundamental difference is the permanence these two perk types have.

Despite totems being "the killer's possessions", Hexes can be permanently removed from the game with a single cleanse. This is not an option for killers, who will have to snuff boon totems over and over again. Not only does this sway the balance considerably in survivors' favor (booning a hex achieves two strong effects at once), but it fundamentally clashes with the flavor outlined in the lore.

In my opinion, Boons should have the same fundamental downside of being inaccessible once the killer snuffs their totems. Potential buffs to lesser used boons to compensate feels appropriate.
