After a few matches, games frame rate tanks

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After playing a few matches, my frame rate will become a slideshow. Whats odd is that it will be "fixed" if I hit escape during a match, then as soon as I swing for an attack as killer, the frame rate will just go to a slideshow. IE: I get into a match, frame rate will be terrible, then I hit escape, it will be back to normal, swing for an attack, slideshow.

PLATFORM: PC, 3080, Windows, 16GB RAM, game is installed on a SSD NVMe, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 Processor.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Played for a few matches and that was it.
