Turning off home internet

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

When playing on my home wifi, I can play for about 5 minutes before my game starts jittering and after a minute of jittering I DC. This doesn't just DC me from the game, but it disconnects and turns off my entire internet in my whole house network; all devices now have no internet. So I can only play when hotspotting from my phone

Firstly, how does DBD have access to turn off my entire homes internet?

Secondly, how to fix…

(yes i have already; verified files, deleted and redownloaded game, played around with firewalls etc)
