Never a fair match feels like because of 1 guy getting hit 2 times within first 5 sec of game!

Hello.I have about 5k hours total in this game and im at the highest rank i can get( Yes i know its easy these days)

But why do i get matched with players TOTALY new to the game. Feels NO DIFFRENCE at all at reset day or copper or what ever first rank is called vs the highest r1 red rank.

Is it no matchmaking at all or? Very frustrating when i have to carry the running every game feels like
