Group creation error

Does anyone know how to get rid of the endless group creation error when trying to play as survivors or in private? When playing as a killer everything is fine

Do you or anyone else in your group play on console? Back when i played on console, i had that problem too. Try clearing your cache on console and anyone else in the group as well. That solved the problem for me.
