My Changes to the ANOES Rework (8.5.0)

Here you go. A complete list of what I'd do, starting with Freddy himself:

1.) Return of the Dream Transition

• Freddy is now invisible to awake survivors, can't attack them, and they can't hear his Terror Radius (but can hear his Lullaby).
• Once a survivor is asleep, they can see, hear and interact with Freddy.
• He can pull nearby survivors into the Dream World. The numbers remain the same as they were in the original version. However, the affected survivors now become Incapacitated during the process.
• Both Microsleep and the effects that the Dream Abilities have regarding it are removed.

2.) Changes to the Dream World and falling asleep

• Survivors can no longer wake up by failing a Skill Check or being downed.
• The Dream World is darker and foggier.
• Survivors suffer from a 20% action speed penalty when in the Dream World.
• Reduce the duration of Sleep Immunity given by clocks to 20 seconds.

3.) Reverts and buffs for Dream Pallets and Dream Projection

• Dream Pallets don't stun you again.
• Dream Pallets are now visually same as normal Pallets, and invisible to awake players.
• Add 2 more Dream Pallets basekit, giving you 10 in total.
• When teleporting to a player, you will always face in their direction.
• Remove the slowdown that occurs while charging Dream Projection.
• You cannot use Dream Projection on a downed survivor anymore (a nerf, yes, but we don't want more slugging, do we?).
• Simplify the way you place pallets, best option would be to revert it to how it was. In the PTB, it's needlessly complicated.

4.) Add-on changes

Red Paint Brush:
• Reveals the aura of survivors in the Dream World while they are further than 32 meters away.
• Increases Sleep Immunity by 25%.

Black Box:
• All survivors start the trial asleep.
• When asleep, survivors can only use a designated Alarm Clock to wake up.
• Alarm Clocks are no longer disabled after use.

Pill Bottle:
• Grants you the ability to create Dream Hex Totems in places where Totems can spawn.
• Grants you the ability to spawn Dream Clocks in places where Chests can spawn.

"Z" Block:
• After  using Dream Projection, all window vaults within 16 meters become blocked for 8 seconds.

Swing Chains:
• While a survivor is asleep, all skill checks have a 35% chance of being a difficult one.

Blue Dress:
• Decreases the length of Dream Transition by 1 second.
• Survivors become unable to see glimpses of Freddy during Dream Transition.
• Survivors won't be warned of the fact they are Incapacitated during Dream Transition.

Nancy's Masterpiece:
• When a survivor drops a Dream Pallet, they are revealed with Killer Instinct for 6 seconds.
• Grants the abiltity to use Dream Projection on that survivor while they are revealed.
• The Dream Projection charges 100% faster.

Jump Rope:
• Survivors start to suffer from Sleep Penalty after the Wake Up action is preformed on them.

Paint Thinner:
• Increases the duration of Hindered by 1 second when a survivor is hit by a Dream Snare.

Green Dress:
• Increases the range of Dream Transition by 30%.
• Decreases the length of Dream Transition by 2 seconds.

Nancy's Sketch:
• Decreases the cooldown of Dream Projection by 10% after hitting a survivor with a Dream Ability.

Cat Block:
• Increases the radius of Killer Instinct granted by Dream Projection by 8 meters.

Outdoor Rope:
• Increases the audible range of all generators by 8 meters.

Prototype Claws:
• Increases the speed at which Dream Snares travel by 20%.

Wool Shirt:
• Increases the range of Dream Transition by 20%.
• Decreases the length of Dream Transition by 1 second.

Sheep Block:
• Decreases Rupture delay by 0.5 seconds.

Kid's Drawing:
• Decreases the cooldown of Alarm Clocks by 10%.

5.) Perks:

Wake Up!
• Revert it to the PTB version.

Beast of Prey (Rework):

Your lust for a kill is so intense that your connection with The Entity is momentarily lost, making you totally unpredictable.

This perk activates once you stop chasing a survivor, making you Undetectable for 20 seconds.

Vigil:
• It now cannot stack with other instances of itself.

Fire Up:
• Now it also affects hooking and locker opening speed.
• Increase the bonus per gen to 7%.
