An update on cosmetic items missing from inventories
Hey folks! I wanted to pop in here to give you an update on the status of certain cosmetic items not appearing in inventories as of the 8.5.0 update. Specifically, the cosmetics impacted are largely event rewards and free items. Rest easy, though, these cosmetics are not gone and will re-appear in your inventories once the issue is resolved.
The team is aware of this bug and are actively investigating a fix for it, thanks to the comprehensive reports you've shared over the last week. While we don't expect this to be included in the first bugfix patch for this Mid-Chapter update, we're going to be keeping a close eye on this topic and hope to have a further update to share soon.
