How to fix rubber banding or lag on PC?

I recently got DBD on steam, but every time I play matches I keep stuttering/teleporting all over the place. I used to play DBD on console and I never had this issue. My ping was perfectly fine when I played on console, but not on my PC

    Was this on 2v8? I ask this because the first day was terrible but yesterday absolutely fine as they likely switched on more servers
