cross progression

so I bought the knight on my Xbox but when i play on my pc he's not there, also survivor and killer progression is not the same between the 2 . I've enabled cross progression and it says so on the website, however the currency does save between games like i had 5,000 iridescent shards and after buying the knight i have 1,000 on both devices. if anyone can help much thanks
