What Bloodpoints are used first?

I haven't played the game consistently since before The Unknown, and back then I didn't used to save BP that much, however since FNaF's reveal, I've stopped by and saved any and all BP I can via codes or login rewards. I also have hit my 2.000.000 BP Cap for what you earn, so I can't earn BP other than the newest Archives.

Question I have is: do your gameplay-earned Bloodpoints get used before rewarded Bloodpoints? I I want to save what I've accumulated (14.100.776) for the FNaF Chapter's release, but I also would like to level some of the newer characters for their perks.

I searched online for an answer, however after trying in three different areas (Steam Forums, Reddit, and here), I never found the answer, so I decided to directly ask.
