How did I receive a free perk?
So I just returned after nemesis was the newest killer and at some point from then and earlier I was playing and when I went to the main screen the game gave me a level 2 perk for someone I didn't even touch with bloodpoints, yes I do own them. No I didn't buy it from the shrine, and it's only on one character not everyone else. I'm just wondering was there a possible bug then or what I can't find an answer anywhere sorry if I spelled anything bad or terrible grammer I also don't really know where to ask this

Quite likely granted to you from the period when they lost the Stranger Things licence and all the associated perks became general perks for a while meaning they could show up in bloodwebs because they were no longer associated with particular characters
