I might be blind but where is the report a player forun?

So I reported them in game for bodyblocking working withe killer and refusing to participate in a normal game but just playing hook animation on survivors and tbagging them and trying to kill his teammates. So I was wondering where do I go from here? I remember there being a place where you have footage and contuine with the report.
