I can´t have old shrine abilities I bought

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

The perks I got from the shrine does not appear on the bloodweb for me to upgrade for new characters I bought. The perks I got from the shrine a couple years ago does not appear on the blood-web for me to upgrade for my existing characters and doesn't even appear as T1 in the characters I got recently.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I bought some abilities from Nancy, Steve and Demogorgon some time ago (like 2 or 3 years ago). Then after that time, I came back to play again and new characters didn´t share those perks I bought. As you may see on the blood-web in the screenshot.

    Have you unlocked Nancy, Steve and Demogorgon?
    Did you buy them at the Shrine in the pre 6.1.0 Teachable Perks?

    Teachable Perks are no longer available.
    Stranger Things Perks have reverted from a General Perk to a Character Specific Perk.

    To increase your Stranger Things Perks Tier, you will need to purchase them at the Shrine after 6.1.0 or unlock your Stranger Things Character to increase your Prestige.
