Playstyle:
The Killer has great mobilty if he manages to move out of Line of Sight of Survivors but if they keep looking arround he will not be able to use his insane mobility to directly approach em without risk of being heavily punished.
Should make for some very scary Moments of you looking behind you and a Scarecrow stands 1m behind you and you realize that it was just a splitsecond away from catching you.

Ability: Harvest
Cooldown:20sec
By pressing the Ability Button Scarecrow inreases his movespeed from 4.6m/s to 15m/s.
If Scarecrows enteres the Line of Sight of a Survivor while using Harvest he will freeze in place for 3sec.
Harvest can be canceled by pressing the Ability Button again.

Notes:
SC will freeze in place not moving for the entire duration (like it`s pretending to be a real Scarecrow).
The Movespeed should be ridiculous high (Controller Players might run into some problems but needs Playtesting ofc).
While it sounds OP at first it brings a very big downside (not being able to use it when Surivors look at you). For the sake of balance we are talking about what direction the Survivor Model is looking (not the Camera).
Surivor might try to spin 360° all the time so there should be a minimum Time looking at SC like a few ms maybe less time to freeze if you directly look at SC.

Playing against Scarecrow:
You can send one Survivor to keep an Eye on SC to limit his mobilty.
You can create teams of 2 Survivor repairing gens infront of each other preventing SC from gettin a Angle to approach with Harvest.

Playing with Scarecrow:
Breaking Line of Sight is key thus try to move at the edge of the Map to reduce the chance of being freezed.
A good SC will know when to cancel his Ability when approaching his Targets.
Increasing the Fog density reduces the freeze distance when Survivors looking at your direction but it will also make it harder to Spot Survivors.
