BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG 2v8 flashlight save bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Was playing on the Sanctum of Wrath map and was being chased by Wraith, someone tried to do a flashlight save. It didn't register as a save and cause me to bug out and caused Wraith to be in the carry animation while I was on the ground and he had to pick me up again
PLATFORM: PS4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Was just playing normally till I got downed and someone did a flashlight save and caused the bug
