SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hatchets stuck spinning in the ground

PLATFORM: Steam on PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I was playing on Lery's as Huntress. Running Bandaged Haft and Mana Grass Blade. The perks I had were Grim Embrace, Iron Grasp, Spies From The Shadows, and Corrupt Intervention. All of the perks were tier 3. The match was going well, and then I saw a Hatchet stuck in the ground just spinning. I tested and threw multiple hatchets at the spot and they all got stuck. I was able to reload but not able to pull hatchets after that. I wasn't even near that corner of the map when I came across the first hatchet.
