Constantly put on wrong server

I'm OCE and every time I queue for a new match it always puts me in an EU lobby where I have 350+ ping making the game almost unplayable. Since the last few days of 2v8 I would occasionally be put on the EU servers which wasn't too bad since it would correct itself after one game, but now it's as if the game thinks I am in EU and only finds games for me there and I do not use a VPN. It's also not only me because my roommate is also only finding games on the wrong server too. I have no idea how to fix this so I'm open to suggestions.
