AFTER YEARS WE FINALLY HAVE IT
A PERK THAT INCREASES YOUR PICK UP SPEED AND HOOK SPEED.
Prior we only had Fired Up but I didnt like to use it for the increased Pick Up speed since the effect was tied to Generators completed, leaving it to not be within the Killer's control. And for such a QOL effect, Im surprised we havent had a perk like this sooner, like this is literally all Ive wanted in terms of Killer perks since it just makes the game feel nicer.
Definitely isnt a meta perk, but damn, Im going to love it.

Can I ask what makes you like the perk so much? I personally find it kinda underwhelming but I'm glad there's someone who's all hyped up about it, lol.

Increased Pick Up Speed and Increased Hooking Speed.
Solely as a concept, running this with Agitation means I spend less time transporting Survivors to hooks and more time in chase. Keep in mind, slowdown will 100% be better if you want to win, but entirely from a QOL perspective, I will be using these perks.
Idk how the values will fully translate into gameplay just yet, but fundamentally as a concept, I like the idea. It wont be a meta pick, but I like using QOL perks just to make the game feel smoother.

^ This, in fact it kind of makes the Flashlight timing easier since you dont even have to wait to get the blind off properly. Fired Up has that same issue.

Tbf - it's nothing burger.
Agitation saving more time in this regard.
This perk, however, making a decent Lightborn replacement for ppl who use it.

I want it to go up to like 70% and instead of increasing the speed, reduce the time it takes. I want to watch pickups go from like 3s to 0.9s

Fired Up required the Survivors to complete Generators to get value. When Fired Up has it's maximum potential is when you are already in a losing position. This perk puts more control in the Killer's hands since they only need to get hits to get tokens.
Also both perks do stack with one another.

the perk i absolute trash, it needs a fully charged fire up to be any noticebale...

You don't have to run it, but it is an alternative to fire up that doesn't require something like "completed gens".
It also directly benefits hit and run play styles.

Cutting down downtime for picking and hooking survs is not "pure QoL".

It feels like a nothing burger tbh but I can see it being stacked with fire up just to speed along the process of the trials. Flashlight saves and flashbang saved are still easy to do so it can't counter that

change that 4% to 10% and MAYBE it'd be useful.
