Reporting players on PS4
Exactly where do we send evidence like videos to? They say there's an in game report feature but it gives you no option to provide evidence of the serious stuff like that.

I tried to upload a video when reporting, but for some reason, it gets stuck when it is, like, 90% uploaded. Any idea why?1

Why is it that killers are allowed to camp survivors but survivors cant gen rush to escape faster? Oh i think people who hack any game shouldn't be allowed to play games at all because it is unfair for the rest of us that play the game the right way

MAKE SURE YOU REPORT IN-GAME AS WELL.
The in-game report is crucial; support tickets do not replace in-game reports, they are just a means to attach videos to your reports.
If you are trying to attach the video directly to the ticket, that would probably be why. There is a file size limit on attachments. It should be giving you an error if that's the case. Alternatively, you could upload it to another site (like YouTube) and send us the link that way.
