Unknown cant use UVX power

While holding M2 animation of holding power occurs, but no prompt to shoot appears and pressing M1 doesn't do anything.
All other animation appeared to be slightly bugged as well: teleporting to hallucinations worked, but with half a second stutter after teleport before I could move; survivors animations appeared stuttery with delays before vaults while bug occured; when 1 pallette was dropped directly onto me stun didnt occured at all.

PLATFORM: PC, Epic games store

Started presumably after I got stunned exactly as I pulled out power.
Got fixed seemingly after I got stunned again after one that didn't register.
Map was eyrie of crows but likely irrelevant.
Connection was not laggy: all players had below 100 ping and any lag/packetloss indicators never appeared.
