the power cooldown taking 2 fewer seconds is nice, but the power itself is still underwhelming and slow. the scamper speed change barely has any impact, since you have 0 camera control after performing one. Basically, he's preserving the status quo. And as a player who mainly plays chucky, these changes don't improve the experience of playing him, and is still frustrating in most maps.
