"Separate Ways" Ada skin - bugged / unfinished hair

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Ada hair on "Separate Ways" skin have one layer (?)
Without using TAA problem looks even more obvious.
For comparison I added pictures of Ada hair from other skin, to better show how much this is problem
