Is anything being done about the hacker problem?

For months now the OCE player pool has been the target of a hacker group that are holding streamers hostage and all around targeting groups of people and making playing the game nearly impossible.

Is anything being done about the group of hackers or finding out what the problem is and doing anything about it? Is there any word from the devs that they're on the case?

I notice it's not just one hacker, but a group of the same people just bypassing the system BHVR have in place and I feel like nothing is changing… just getting worse, because now they're going for people that just flat out don't deserve it.

they wont share direct details (to avoid Hackers being able to react directly to it) but they have commented before that measures against hacking and cheating are being done constantly. They definitivly are looking into the problems and how to solve them but BHVR is known to deliver slowly especially in regards to Hacks.

for now, sadly all we can do is record such matches and Report accordingly and give constructive criticism on the current status!

It would be great if recording and the whole manual reporting process would get easier for example. They have stated its currently not possible due to the base games coding but maybe/hopefully they find a workaround - possibly with an Unreal Engine Update/feature.

Better Anticheat in general is also something that would benefit this Game though I am not sure if an alternative for EAC is feasible
