The only change knock out should need is adding aura gradually increase the same way NOED is revealed but maybe slightly faster. Everything else about it is fine since slugging is a valid strategy that is needed sometimes and Knock Out helps with its debuff to recovery speed. the Hindered does not do too much worth while unless you have range, speed or slowdown like clown and freddy have now

No, knock out was an unhealthy perk thay should be changed way long ago. A perk should never encourage slugging.

It just shows how strong slugging currently is when Killers try to defend a weak and unhealthy Perk like this. Should validate BHVR even more in their thought process of finally changing Knockout.
