Dracula's Nails No Longer Grow

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Upon release, his nails would grow when in chase and within close proximity of a survivor. They haven't done this for months. Is this a bug or intentional? Really hope not intentional as it made the character unique!
Also haven't heard his unique voice lines towards Alucard, Trevor or Soma for a very long time - have these been removed also??

He did say a Soma line in the lobby last time I played so at least it works in the lobby.
