Hex totems not findable on RPD

I just played a match against a Trickster that had two hexes (ruin & two can play), scoured the entire map of RPD East Wing alongside every other survivor and could not find a single hex. Found two dull totems, but none of us could find a single hex. Every single room was checked, I checked every corner and can only assume they must have spawned on the other wing zone that was blocked off.

PLATFORM: PC/Cross-platform (killer)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Uncertain, tried to recreate circumstances in a custom match but hexes spawned in normal, reachable locations.

    Could you please attach the logs?

    To find them:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    2. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    3. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    4. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file
