Killer Update for The Hag?

I appreciate the devs for their communication and transparency regarding the game's future and updates lately, and as someone who enjoys the Trickster, it's refreshing to see that the devs are taking the criticisms from his mains into consideration moving forward and proposing meaningful changes and updates to his kit. Seeing the announcement regarding the Design Previews in the near future has put a lot of faith in the devs that they are listening to their players.
But I was hoping after the Trickster and the Skull Merchant if we could maybe approach the Hag next, or at least in the near future? She is my favorite killer to play, and she can be very rewarding to play, but at the end of the day, her kit in its current state is really outdated. She has one of, if not the lowest, play rate out of all 38 killers, but is just not viable in the game where it is now and where it is going moving forward. I don't understand how she is 4.4m/s but other trap/set-up killers like the Trapper and Skull Merchant aren't. I don't understand how she's 4.4m/s but the Hillbilly and Blight, who both have incredible mobility and 10x the lethality, aren't. The Hag takes so much time to set up a web at the start of a match, but her basekit speed is way too slow that you use up way too much time and much of the time, at least 2 gens will be completed during that time and we have to sweat to catch up. The game has stopped being a hide-and-seek game years ago and has really leaned into looping as a fundamental interaction between killers and survivors, but The Hag's power is simply not nearly as lethal anymore and doesn't really hold up the same. She is only really viable against new players, low MMR survivors and solo queue players who don't have any communication or coordination within their teams. Even then, most competent players know how to play against her and can shut down her power because her kit was really hurt and impacted by the ability to wipe away traps. And a lot of players have been catching on that it is so easy to counter her by 'edging' her traps and then holding W away from her knowing she's too slow to catch up. This is also why her main playstyle for awhile before was setting up a web around a 3-gen, and so many Hag players just proxy camp with her traps now because it's the best way to maintain constant pressure while being so slow and having a power that you cannot rely on.
She really needs some meaningful changes and updates to bring the Hag into 2025. There's nothing to really encourage and incentivize players to play the Hag because she can be frustrating to play unless the players are unfamiliar with her or the team is uncoordinated, and she is simply impossible to play vs a lot of mid and higher MMR survivors.
I hope a dev takes the time to read this and consider proposing some changes and updates at some point in the future!

None of the devs know why any killers are 110% I don’t think you can’t make a single good argument for any killers to be 110% besides Spirit and Chucky.
It’s an outdated and arbitrary way to need killers who were once incredibly strong but have been left behind as the game has gone on.
They probably won’t buff Hag because survivors find her annoying, so that’s why they leave certain killers weaker even though they say they want them each at a certain target. Hence a DBD Exec saying “Just Get Better” a few days ago at an event.

Oh boy, I've been waiting for this one.
Imo, Hag doesn't need to be 115%, if her power gets buffed. My changes to her would be these:
• Increasing the teleport range to 54 or 56 meters (since with the current Hag you HAVE to run range add-ons)
• She gets a 10 or even 15% movement speed boost after teleporting to a trap for a few seconds. (The devs added the wipe mechanic for a reason, take your S Tech somewhere else)
• She now gets a loud noise notification when a trap gets wiped away, and doesn't get one when a trap is tripped. (You stil have the HUAaaaa sound)
• She gets an add-on pass.

I’m not exactly saying Hag needs to be 115% or any of the other aforementioned killers need to be 110%. I’m just making a point that her kit in the state it’s in now is outdated and doesn’t have the lethality it used to because of how much the game has grown and changed, but Hag really hasn’t changed much with it. The only real meaningful change she’s had is the trap wiping, and then some small buffs last year that really didn’t do much to help her. And on top of that, she has a slower base speed. That doesn’t mean she needs to be faster, or Hillbilly needs to be slower. Just that she has a niche power that is pretty weak outside of lower MMR and she is slow, which together hinder her.
I do agree with you that she could really benefit from a short duration of haste after teleporting to a trap, or even a longer lunge. And I do agree that she needed that QoL change of wiping traps for survivors. I only think she needs some meaningful changes to put her in a good spot.

Oh, absolutely.
She is one of, if not the most outdated killer in the game. She shares that spot with Myers. One of her add-ons, Grandma's Heart, is the last remnant of the pre-Undetectable times, as it only reduces your TR to 0 instead of making you undetectable.
She definitely needs a bigger update just like Myers recieved, if not even bigger. (I'm not also completely satisfied with the state Myers is in, as some improvement are still needed).

The only reliable tactic with Hag currently is proxy camping generators and hooks, cause you sure as hell aren't winning chases.
