I've mentioned this before in separate posts though decided best to mention in its own separate post

Whether it's a perk or offering would depend on some factors of where it may stand on usefulness and if it be worth having in loadouts and how it will function. It will be another option to like the No One Escapes Hex

The overall effect this will have is to be a way of countering survivors managing to escape after being downed at the exit. The perk, the way it will work on paper is the is it's activated after the exit gate is opened and will have a 30/45/60 second timer depending on the level, if a survivor is downed either in the exit gate or crawls into the exit gate area after being downed The Entity will immediately emerge impale them like when the timer is up sacrificing them.

An alternative is it will be a new Hex perk that when the gates are activated a dull totem will be lit. Being a Hex Totem it will have a small buff where now it will not be on a timer, and in addition to a downed survivor being killed by The Entity now if a healthy survivor just gets injured by the killer in the exit gate they will be impaled.

Final idea is it instead being an offering. It will be another ultra rare offering, like the Ebony Momento Mori. It will work basically the same way as the Hex Totem idea given it's a one time use and so should be allowed to get as much use out of it as possible being it's ultra rare, and additionally survivors have the benefit of knowing what they are facing why as a perk they would be fully unaware of the danger until too late. Main difference is of course now it's not a Hex Totem and so remains permanent.

So in summary as the name suggests, the blood of survivors summons The Entity making it kill them. The main use of this is to allow for killers to actually have better chances of stopping survivors from escaping especially after downing them at the gate, and as a bonus serves as a counter to survivors wanting to take risks of taunting killers at the exit gate, well now they pay the price of their overconfidence. Also can also help the rare occasion where a killer may have downed 2 survivors at the exit and they can only get one on hook and the other likely escapes. Or a survivor is using like Iron Will and tries crawling to the exit while killer is looking them or chasing someone else cause unable to find them.

And before survivor mains start frantically typing their arguments of how busted this sounds, guess what this is a killer related matter and your say on this is meaningless given anything that benefits killers gets crapped on constantly. Survivors already have a variety of 2nd, even 3rd chance options with various Endurance perks and escape methods killers should get a few as well. There is nothing OP about this, it's basically dont teabag and get downed by the killer at the exit or intentionally let yourself get hit just to troll, if you do that sort of nonsense you honestly deserve it. It also generates more risk and more challenges for survivors encouraging to avoid being hit and to make a break for the exit.
