Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Overcome should be buffed.

In MOST trials, the perk only activates twice. The perk should work for a longer duration, or the speed should be increased. Sprint Burst activates multiple times per trial. It's rather unfair for Overcome to get the short end of the stick. It is a situational Sprint Burst that can only be used more than twice if the survivor makes skillful plays. If the possibility of a third Overcome is too much with the buffs, just change to a token system and grant 2 tokens.

The perk really needs to do more.

I remember when it first came out it used to work on endurance hits and they removed that u.u. but yeah it and smash hit is barely of any use.

Making it work with Endurance hits and reducing the exhaustion to 20 seconds will make it much more viable.

The problem is Overcome could create the same issue as old MFT, and that really isn't fair to low mobility or some M1 Killers.

I agree Overcome should get some sort of change but I think just making it last a little longer is enough. It absolutely doesn't need to work on endurance hits, the endurance hit alone and speed boost should be plenty.

Be wary of duration/speed increase. This perk with conjunction to lucky break (or at least dance with me) could become problematic (making it an instant vanish/chase end combo).

Some buff would be welcome as the perk is quite bad (with possible risk of encountering strong counter killers like plague or weaker counter killers like blight). It might even make sense to revert back endurance hits.

I've always thought it should have some interaction with protection hits. Like if you take a protection hit then the person you take it for will also get a speedboost. That would give it a cool niche. At the same time, it would be better in SWF, but still. Would be cool.
