SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: while moving, you can see her left thumb just clip through her black glove, and if you pull up her phone her left thumb becomes a fat toe D:

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: just move around normally and you will see her right tumb clip through her glove. Pull up her radar to see her left thumb transform into a fat toe
